Hey everybody! I'm new here. My name's Katie, I'm 27, and I live near Cincinnati. I've loved the guys for a good 20 years and used to have every bit of merch my fam would buy me back in the day. I was especially in love with Jordan and Joey. Now I think I've gotten a bit more into Donnie . . . I guess because those Wahlberg boys just have some damn good genes. LOL. But, really, all the guys have aged quite well and I'd be a stuttering, drooly, fainting mess were I to ever meet any of them. Hell, I'm still super-fangirly at boyband shows as it is. I've only seen NKOTB in concert once (I wasn't allowed to go to concerts their first time around), but I'm getting ready to see them again a little closer home, a little closer to the stage, and with a friend I *know* will be super-into it and singing and along with me.
Anyhoo, here's the dilly-o-- I ended up buying a couple pairs of tickets because you just have better odds getting better seats when you buy tickets 2 at a time (although 1 at a time is even better!). I thought I'd have multiple friends interested and able to pay me back in with in several months' time, but it didn't happen and it's now down to 2 of us . . . 2 who desperately wanted to get the best tickets we could afford as opposed to the best tickets available to us. I bought said tickets on eBay, and now I am left with 2 pairs of tickets that I need to sell ASAP. These are for Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio on 6/27/09 at 7:30 PM. PLEASE pass the info on to whomever would be interested! I'll refund 10% of the money paid to me to the winner who puts "livejournal" in the PayPal comments! Here are the listings:

I am one now and i have been one since 1990-1991 July 4th. My sister and i watched a 4th of July special and i was in aww. I liked Jordan for a week then joe for a day. Then I fell for Jon and have been in love ever since. Since there reunion this year i have reunited with alot of old friends and penpals. Also because of them I have made new friends and pen pals. If im not on here i will be on myspace and nkotb.com community. I am 32 will be 33 in Nov. I'm Proud TO Be AN NKOTB FAN :)

I'd really like to have some Jonathan icons for my Live Journal. I'm not picky with photos or sayings, I just want something with Jonathan's cute face and maybe a little animation.

sorry for not adding anything here but i dont really have a computer at home and can only use one once a week. anyway
i was watching oprah yesterday and she had some of her producers on there talking about things going wrong with shows they worked on and leading to an add one said that one celeb had an attack backstage, and i though of jonathan straight away.
when they came back from commercial it was jonathan they were talking about the girl who was producing the show said that jonathan was backstage sitting in a side position crying having a panic attack, she said that she had never seen one and thought she had to call an ambulance, she asked him if he still wanted to go on the show and he said yes. they she said she spoke to him after it was complete and he thought he made a mistake by going on the show, then later on when the show got letters and he got letters from being on the show he realised that it was the best decision he made, they showed some of when he was on when she introduced him when he was still having one, since i never taped it made me feel really bad for him, i taped that little part, but im still wishing they would repeat it here i want to have it on tape.
thought id post a little on him today :)

Hey! I'm new to the community, so an introduction is in order.
I'm Andrea and I live in Western Massachusetts. I've been a fan of the "kids" since August of 1988. My Dad was a DJ at that time and brought home the record for "Please Don't Go Girl" because he thought it was a cool song. I stole it from him and the rest is history! =) I'm pretty sure Jordan was my favorite at first, but I fell in love with Jonathan's personality after seeing my first New Kids concert in 1989. I've met the guys and had my picture taken with all of them except Donnie. I have so many wonderful memories that I cherish.
Also, like the Knight brothers, I suffer from panic attacks. I was diagnosed in February after being sick for 4 months and not sure what was wrong with me. I think they're very brave and they inspire me all of the time.
If anyone wants to add me to their friends list, I'd love it. I'm looking for some other fans to chat with on Live Journal.

I remember watching jonathan on oprah, i was so transfixed on the tv when it started i forgot to tape it, and it hasnt been shown since,, i really wish i have a copy of it, anyone can make me one email me at melissamcgregor@bigpond.com
when i saw the show i really wanted to give him a hug, i grew a new respect for him after that :)

So has anyone reading met Jonathan? I'd like to hear the stories! I've met him a few times, if you count him saying hello to me at Dunkin' Donuts as he holds the door open for me or the time I slammed into him because I wasn't paying attention. Someone *has* to have more interesting stories than that! =)

So now Jonathan is (supposedly, as I can't vouch for the storytellers) telling girls he's "engaged" and getting married "sometime this year." How do you go from "I'm married" to "I'm engaged" in a matter of two months? Usually, it's the other way around. At least that's how it worked when I was engaged. *wink* That boy is too much!

i know there are only like 5 members well 4 really, but id like to know if someone can make some copies of new kids performances and tv appearances, i was never really a big fan when they were around id love to have when jonathan was on oprah too, i saw it but never taped it and it hasnt reapeated, i can not pay you since im in australia but i will be able to see it, i have gotten tapes on other artists and they have worked here if you can help
